Cancellation and Refund Policy

At GM Library – A Self-Study Center by GuruMantra.online, we are committed to providing a transparent and student-friendly environment. This page outlines our policy regarding cancellation of services and refund eligibility.

  1. Membership Cancellation by User
    • Once a membership is booked and activated (monthly, quarterly, or yearly), it cannot be canceled.
    • No refunds or credits will be issued for unused days or early discontinuation.
    • Please review facilities, terms, and duration carefully before purchasing.
  2. Cancellation by GM Library

    We reserve the right to cancel/suspend membership without refund if:

    • Violation of GM Library rules or code of conduct.
    • Misuse of library property or facilities.
    • Disruption of the peaceful study environment.
    • False or misleading information provided during registration.
  3. Refunds Under Special Circumstances

    Refunds may be issued only if:

    • Duplicate payment for the same membership.
    • Technical issues prevent activation or access.
    • Unexpected closure >10 consecutive days with no alternate arrangement.

    Refund request process:

    • Email us at info@gmlibrary.in within 48 hours.
    • Provide booking ID, payment receipt, and explanation.
    • Verified refunds processed within 7–10 working days to original payment mode.
  4. Non-Refundable Items
    • Registration charges (if applicable).
    • Days already used before suspension/closure.
    • Late fees or penalties for violations.
